✓ Verified ClientSeamless permit approval and impeccable hillside craftsmanship
From our first consultation to the final walkthrough, DTI Construction exceeded our highest expectations. Living in the Los Gatos hills presents unique zoning and structural challenges, but their engineering team navigated the town's building department without a hitch. The new master suite flows seamlessly into the original architecture. Their crew was polite, tidy, and punctual every single morning.

✓ Verified ClientTransformed our historic 1928 bungalow into a modern dream
We wanted an open-concept kitchen and updated plumbing/electrical while respecting the historic character of our Willow Glen home. DTI removed two load-bearing walls, installed a concealed steel support beam, and built a custom quartz waterfall island that everyone compliments. Their transparent weekly budget updates gave us total peace of mind.

✓ Verified Client5-star spa retreat right inside our master bedroom
DTI turned our cramped 1980s master bath into a five-star hotel spa. Curbless walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling porcelain slab, radiant underfloor heating, and custom walnut vanity. The tile work is laser-precise. They finished two days ahead of our contract deadline!

✓ Verified ClientBuilt an incredible detached ADU for our aging parents
Building an accessory dwelling unit is a major undertaking. DTI took care of architectural drawings, soil tests, utility trenching, framing, and interior finishes. Our parents moved in last month and love the zero-step accessible design. DTI treated our property like their own.

✓ Verified ClientChef's dream kitchen with flawless quartz and cabinetry
We host large family gatherings and needed heavy-duty gas line upgrades, a 48-inch range hood ventilation system, and extensive pantry storage. DTI handled the complex gas and ventilation permits effortlessly. Their cabinet maker is an artisan. We couldn't be happier!

✓ Verified ClientHonest, reliable general contractor who stands behind their work
After experiencing foundation settling, other contractors gave us outrageous estimates or vague scopes. DTI gave us an itemized, line-by-line bid, met with the Hayward structural inspector, and executed the bolting and underpinning with zero surprise costs. Then they renovated our kitchen! 10/10.

✓ Verified ClientSuperb aesthetic vision and clean job site management
What impressed me most was how clean their crew kept the house. They put up heavy zipper dust walls, floor protection, and air scrubbers. Our custom European flat-panel cabinets and brass fixtures look extraordinary. They are genuine master craftsmen.
